Store Policies
- All return claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date
- In order to process a return you must have an RMA number. In order to obtain one, simply email simply email us at info@homecoincounters.com
- All returned items must be received in salable condition with all manuals, parts and paperwork intact.
- Defective Items will be replaced without charge
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-warranty returns
- We ship using most of the major shipping companies such as: UPS, Fedex, and USPS. We reserve the right to use any shipper at our discretion.
- If an order is refused, by a customer, the cost of shipping to the customer and back to the shipping origination will be the responsibility of the customer.
A 6.5% sales tax will be added to the order total for our Minnesota Customers
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 Business days (Monday through Friday).
- We currently only ship to the lower 48 contiguous States
- Items are shipped with no signature required. If customer wants order to ship with signature required, simply call us, email us, or make a note in the "comments" field of your order. Additional charges apply.
